Baroness Shirley Williams of Crosby was a great supporter of the Uttlesford Liberal Democrats. This photo was taken in 2017 when she last visited us to launch our last County Council election campaign. She gave one of her "off the cuff" speeches of great coherence and eloquence.RIP Shirley we will miss you
